A local court on Friday reserved order in the bail petition of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, who was arrested for his alleged involvement in a case related to the now-scrapped Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22

The appellant is the present National President of IMA, a society registered to uphold the interest of the medical profession and to promote co-operation amongst the members thereof. The plea states that on 30.03.2021, the appellant gave an interview to Christianity Today.

Chief Judicial Magistrate (CMM) of Saket Court Arun Kumar Garg reserved order for 4 pm on regular bail application of Kalra, who is in judicial custody till June 3.

Saket Court Additional Sessions Judge Sandeep Garg said, “Kindly place the order by the Magistrate giving bail to accused in the Matrix Case. We will keep this matter for Order tomorrow at 10:00 am.”
