Allahabad High Court while dismissing a petition said that it is tragic that the super-specialty seats in medical courses are being wasted due to the lack of empathy of the state machinery, especially when there is a dearth of trained specialist doctors in our country.

Supreme Court bench heard the matter seeking quashing of the notice dated 29th July 2021 whichapplies reservation requirement to the seats of NEET All India Quota and states that the matter will be tagged along with the matters filed in regard with the same issue.
