The Supreme Court on Thursday in a  Bench headed by Chief Justice of India (CJI) N.V. Ramana  said that PIL that pertain to governance should be dealt by the appropriate authority who have been elected to examine such issues and not the court.

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday was informed that the Reserve Bank of India has already initiated the process in respect of regulation of digital lending including lending through online platforms and mobile application.

The Madras High Court on March 08 disposed of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed seeking a direction to the Director of Vigilance and Anti Corruption , Chennai  to commence and complete the investigation into the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2021 relating to the scam.
