New Delhi (ILNS): Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel passed away this morning due to multiple organ failures, after having tested positive for Novel Coronavirus last month. He was 71. His son Faisal Patel announced his father’s demise on Twitter.
New Delhi (ILNS): As per Ministry of Education officials, Delhi University Vice Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Tyagi has been placed under suspension on the President's orders. Yogesh Tyagi was appointed as Vice Chancellor of Delhi University on March 10, 2016.
J&K Official Languages Bill, 2020 received Presidential assent on September 26. The amendment Act has been enacted to provide for the languages to be used for the official purposes of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
