Supreme Court baench led by the Chief Justice NV Ramana recorded the impugned order dated 13th September of Allahabad High Court whereby the Allahabad High Court has left the issue to be determined by the Trial Court.

The Sikkim High Court noted that there appears to be a dearth of ambulances for Covid duty and the number of drivers engaged for the existing ambulances.
