Allahabad High Court has rejected the bail of a woman accused of brewing spurious liquor killing 7 in Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr.

The case was related to the custodial death of an accused, who was arrested in a case of alleged rape and murder of a 16-year-old school girl in Kotkhai area of Shimla district. The trial in the 2017 case was transferred to Chandigarh on orders of the Supreme Court.

A Single-judge Bench of Justice VG Arun dismissed the plea by the victim as well as the prosecution, seeking transfer of the case from the present trial court, alleging bias on the part of Additional Sessions Judge in Ernakulam.

The Allahabad High court has rejected a revision petition filed by a 14-year-old boy, accused of having sexually molested a child.
