Rhea Chakroborty

The bench headed by Chief Justice S.A. Bobde has listed the matter for hearing on March 18.

Rhea Chakraborty, girlfriend of deceased actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has submitted before the Supreme Court that while she has no objection to a CBI enquiry into the death of the actor per se, she was against the “illegal manner” in which an executive order was issued to start it.

Rhea Chakroborty has filed another affidavit in the Supreme Court of India complaining about her Extreme trauma and infringement of privacy of the rights due to constant sensationalization & Media Trial of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
