The Allahabad High Court has sought information from the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA ) and the North Eastern Railway regarding the construction of a road below the Rambagh railway crossing in Prayagraj.

The petitioner said that he had disclosed this to the managing director, which led to his arrest. The authorities have maliciously implicated him without concrete evidence, he is innocent.
