Schools insisting on full fees

Reacting to reports of alleged rampant profiteering amid the COVID disaster by some schools, Madras HC has sent a warning of contempt proceedings to schools insisting on full payment of fees. This action of schools goes against the court’s July 17 order that said payment of fees will be in instalments.
