Social worker Yogendra Kumar Pandey has filed the petition in Allahabad High Court through Advocates Vijay Chandra Srivastava and Sunita Sharma before the High Court on the basis of complaints like getting an electricity bill of three to five thousand rupees even after lighting two bulbs.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has recently disposed a PIL whereby the petitioner was aggrieved by the proposal for construction of community hall in the Mahaneeman Stadium in Gram Panchayat Baghraji, Tehsil Kundam, District Jabalpur.

The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday has stayed coercive action against the junior engineer, SDO and driver of the electricity department of Bhadohi in a case registered under the SC/ST Act. Along with this, a reply has been sought from the complainant and the government on his petition.

The case was heard before the division bench of Chief Justice Mohammad Rafique and Justice Vijay Kumar Shukla.
