Supreme Court bench has upheld the order of conviction passed against duo under section 324 IPC & section 27 of the Arms Act for causing bodily injury by bullets on a man on account of a small altercations.

Supreme Court division bench of apex court vide judgment dated 8.04.2022 directed respondent qua convict Banwari Lal to surrender before concerned jail authority within a period of 4 weeks, to undergo his remaining sentence.
