The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday has granted bail to a man accused of establishing physical relations with the victim on the false promise of marriage after he said he's willing to marry the victim if she converts.

Since the petitioner refused to marry the prosecutrix, she filed a complaint before the police. On the basis of this complaint, the police registered the FIR for the offence under Section 376 IPC and arrested the petitioner.
