Allahabad High Court granted conditional bail to Saleem Alias Kaliya of Bhojipura police station area in Bareilly district, arrested under the Cow Slaughter Act and directed the applicant to deposit Rs1 lakh in favour of any one Registered Gaushal of District Bareilly within a month after release.
