Sexual Harassment of Women

The Kerala High Court took an important decision to prevent frequent sexual abuse by the casting couch system to protect young women in the film industry.

The term ‘Harassment’ is a form of discrimination. It includes any unwanted physical or verbal behaviour that offends or humiliates you. It covers a wide range of behaviours of an offensive nature.
