Solid Waste Management Plant

Allahabad High Court division bench while hearing a PIL filed by Paras Nath And 4 Others seeks a reply from the advocate of the state government on a petition against setting up of Solid Waste Management Plant in the midst of Harijan Abadi of Jamalpur village of Jaunpur.

The Allahabad High Court has directed the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh to take action against the Director (Administration), Medical and Health Department and inform the High Court through the Registrar General.
