The Madhya Pradesh High Court has directed the District Judge, Anuppur to nominate one of the Counsels for undertaking the exercise of proceedings of elections of the District Bar Association, Anuppur.

Any indecent or derogatory, defamatory or motivated, statements made in the Print, Electronic or Social Media against any Court or Judge or any member of Judiciary, by any Advocate shall be a ground for his/her suspension or disqualification, said the amended Bar Council of India rules.
