The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has unanimously decided to write a letter to the Chief Justice of India, requesting him to hear them against the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Apex Court for hybrid physical hearing without any consultation with the Bar.

The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), in an August 13 circular, informed that the group insurance policy undertaken by the SCBA has been extended after extensive negotiations.
