Allahabad High Court while hearing a petition filed by Smt Pushpa Srivastava quashed the termination order by the Managing Committee on the arbitrary inquiry report by reverting the Principal of the Silai, Kadhai, Bunai Prakshikshan Evam Utpadan Kendra, Allahabad to the post of Instructor.
