Rajasthan High Court division bench disposed of a PIL filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 17/7/2019 allowing exchange of land in favour of a oil company.

The Tehsildar invoking his power under Section 32 of the M.P. Land Revenue Code, 159 restrained the Petitioners Rakesh Katare and Savita Katare from raising construction and further directed them to maintain status-quo on the nazul land, which was described as old Government Excise Warehouse Building.
