The full bench of Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan, Justice M. S. Ramachandra Rao and Justice A. Rajasheker Reddy while taking a suo-moto cognizance of the current extraordinary situations , issued the order on November 25.

While the transfers of High Court judges may be constitutionally permissible, they may not be necessary. Ending transfers of judges will make High Courts judicially strong, effective and independent.

The High Court of Telangana has allowed the State Government to conduct Class X State Board Examinations from June 8, if necessary and after reviewing the current conditions of COVID 19 in the State.
