The Delhi High Court on Thursday has reserved its order in a plea filed by Devangana Kalita a Pinjra Tod Activist against Delhi Police alleging that the Police had selectively leaked curtained shreds of evidence against her in media in the Anti-CAA Protest case.
The Superintendent of Tihar Jail in a status report filed before the Delhi High Court has stated that the authorities have agreed to allow Pinjra Tod Activist Natasha Narwal for Video Conference meeting facility with her counsel and family members and also the books of her choice.
The Supreme Court on Friday has issued notice to the Jammu and Kashmir administration in the plea filed by J&K Bar Association President Mian Abdul Qayoom against the J&K High Court order which had upheld his order of detention under the J&K Public Safety Act.
