The petition before the Supreme Court alleges that right after the declaration of legislative results, the Trina Mool Congress supporters started creating unrest for the simple reason that they had supported BJP in Assembly elections.

Another petition landed before the Supreme Court on Wednesday on the trouble and killings that happened in West Bengal after the Assembly election results were declared on May 2.
