Referring to the Bhajan Lal case, Justice Shinde observed, “if the petitioner's case falls under any of the categories, we need not wait for the completion of the investigation".

Republic TV Chief Executive Officer Vikas Khanchandani was arrested by Mumbai Police on Sunday in connection with the alleged television ratings manipulation case. He is the 13th person to be arrested in the case.

New Delhi (ILNS): The Bombay High Court has directed TV Today Network to deposit a fine of Rs 5 lakh imposed by the Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) in the alleged TRP scam case.
