Allahabad High Court while hearing a Criminal Appeal filed by Rakesh Kumar Yadav allowed the appeal against the stay of the single bench on the allocation of selections from the Higher Education Service Selection Commission, Prayagraj, for the post of Assistant Professor B.Ed in degree colleges.
