Delhi High Court to go for Winter break from December 24 to January 3, constitutes four Vacation Benches to hear urgent matters during this period

The Third and the Fourth Benches for the period between June 3 to 10, 2021 will be notified later, the statement added.

The Supreme Court has decided to take up only urgent matters from April 22, 2021, in view of the current increase in COVID-19 cases in the National Capital City of Delhi. It has also adjourned all the matters which were earlier listed on April 22.

In wake of the alarming rise in the Covid-18 cases in New Delhi, the Delhi High Court has decided to hear only urgent matters.
