Senior Advocate Vikas Singh submitted that he has filed photographs to show how the water level has gone down six feet.

The Supreme Court today issued notices on the writ petition filed by Kothamangalam native Dr Jo Joseph and Kothamangalam block panchayat members Sheela Krishnankutty and Jessymol Jose in the issue of a lack of supervision of the water level in the Mullaperiyar dam.
