Gujarat High Court lawyer Yatin Oza might still have a chance of getting his Senior Advocate cloak back. The Supreme Court yesterday observed that depriving a lawyer of his senior tag is like a “death penalty.”
The Supreme Court today adjourned the hearing till October 13, on a plea filed by president of Gujarat High Court Bar Association and Advocate Yatin Oza challenging the Gujarat High Court’s decision to take away his senior designation in a contempt case against him.
