This has come as a big relief for the Uttar Pradesh government as well as the teachers waiting for the transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this decision of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/high-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">high court<\/a>, the way of transfer of more than 1 lakh primary teachers in the state from one district to another has been cleared. However, the court has also imposed a condition in this order. The High Court, in its important order, while affirming the decision of the UP government, has said that once the transfer of a teacher has been done it cannot be transferred again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The order states that under normal circumstances primary teachers cannot be transferred again. If there are special circumstances then it can be transferred at other times also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, hundreds of teachers including Divya Goswami had filed a petition in the high court. The differently-abled can also get benefit under special circumstances.
