{"id":135191,"date":"2021-01-09T18:43:28","date_gmt":"2021-01-09T13:13:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/?p=135191"},"modified":"2021-01-18T16:36:53","modified_gmt":"2021-01-18T11:06:53","slug":"central-government-covid-guideline","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/top-news-of-the-day\/news\/central-government-covid-guideline\/","title":{"rendered":"Centre denies issuing norms on mask wearing by solo motorists in car"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Central government has informed the Delhi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/constitutional-law-news\/courts-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">High Court <\/a>that it has not issued any guidelines with regard to one person wearing a mask while driving alone in a car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affidavit has been filed by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare stating that the public health and hospital is the primary and exclusive responsibility of each state.
