The Supreme Court<\/a> Advocates on Record Association (SCAORA) has written to Chief Justice S.A.\u00a0Bobde\u00a0seeking resumption of\u00a0oral mentioning in the Supreme Court<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Association has suggested certain measures to be adopted for resumption of oral mentioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The first suggestion seeks a mentioning Registrar to be made available in a hybrid manner that is both physical and virtual mode for a limited time for hearing urgent mentioning matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The second suggestion seeks indication of separate timings for oral mentioning before the mentioning Registrar for physical and virtual modes of oral mentioning with links created accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It has further been suggested that the same procedure as in days of normalcy be adopted for oral mentioning before the mentioning Registrar along with the additional facilities of e-filing and virtual hearing for a limited time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
