According to the PIL, the village Doma and the gram panchayats nearby are connected to Raipur city. Colonies are being developed by cutting arable land into small pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the PIL, it was claimed that permission from the Town and Country Planning department is necessary to develop a new colony. Similarly, for colonization, it is also necessary to follow the Colonizer Act. Ramachandra Menon and Justice P.P.
