Delhi High Court<\/a> Chief Justice Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel<\/strong> tested positive for Covid-19, highly placed sources said on Saturday. He is said to be in home isolation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“He is asymptomatic and his vitals too are stable,” a highly placed source while confirming the news told India Legal over the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This comes days after three other judges-Justice Jasmeet Singh, Justice Subramonium Prasad, Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva-of the High Court had tested Covid positive, sources told India Legal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Delhi High Court<\/a> had started full-fledged physical hearings from March 15, but soon have decided to adopt the Virtual mode of proceedings from April 9 till April 23, in wake of the sudden spike in Coronavirus cases in the capital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
