{"id":164173,"date":"2021-05-07T18:08:10","date_gmt":"2021-05-07T12:38:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/?p=164173"},"modified":"2021-05-07T19:03:15","modified_gmt":"2021-05-07T13:33:15","slug":"aap-mla-imran-hussain-oxygen-hoarding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/constitutional-law-news\/courts-news\/aap-mla-imran-hussain-oxygen-hoarding\/","title":{"rendered":"Oxygen hoarding: Delhi HC issues notice to AAP MLA Imran Hussain"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/delhi-high-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delhi High Court<\/a><\/strong> on Friday issued notice to Aam Aadmi Party MLA Imran Hussain in a plea claiming that Hussain is hoarding oxygen cylinders at a time when the entire capital is in crisis over the supply of oxygen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The division bench of Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Rekha Palli noted, \u201cIf the person is taking the oxygen from the pool of the state government, then he is a culprit.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The petition has been filed by Vedansh Anand stating, \u201cthe AAP Delhi Facebook social media handle publishes a post which said (in Hindi, translated) &#8216;Delhi Cabinet Minister Imran Hussain will be giving free oxygen to the people from his party office in Ballimaran, New Delhi.
