Hence there will be no stay on the release of the film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krishna Kishore had also moved the high court, alleging that people were taking advantage of his son&#8217;s death.<br>What the court\u2019s bench of Justice Sanjeev Narula did, however, was that it directed the producers to maintain the accounts of the film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krishna Kishore\u2019s appeal included a plea for a ban order against this movie and other ventures depicting the late Bollywood actor&#8217;s personal life, name, images, caricature, lifestyle, likeness in the form of a biopic or story.
