It observed that despite there being a decline in the number of Covid-19 cases in the NCT of Delhi, utmost precaution needs to be taken in view of the expected third wave and limited availability of vaccines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considering the threat of&nbsp;the Delta Plus&nbsp;variant, the Full Court (Delhi High Court) has resolved to adopt a policy of wait and watch and to act cautiously, particularly in view of the loss of precious lives of judicial officers, advocates, and court staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In continuation of its earlier orders, the Full Court of Delhi High Court has ordered that all judicial officers of the District Courts in Delhi shall take up urgent matters and &#8216;final arguments cases&#8217; of their respective courts through video-conferencing till 23.07.2021, while the other matters shall be adjourned by them, with effect from July 1, 2021.
