He said: \u201cIt is such a beautiful policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner submitted: \u201cI have not challenged the <em>Yojana<\/em>, but a particular part of it, whether minority groups are eligible to get benefit of this <em>yojana<\/em> only on the ground that they belong to minority groups?
