Meanwhile, Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain also withdrew his interim bail application. He earlier moved an interim bail on medical grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jain was detained in connection with a money laundering investigation.He \u00a0was released from the hospital today and wanted to revoke his request for interim bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Special Judge Geetanjali Goel on Saturday \u00a0permitted Jain to withdraw his bail request.\u00a0The spouse of Satyender Jain , was granted temporary release\u00a0by the court in the meantime.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The reason she was granted bail is that she was not detained during the course of the inquiry and that the ED has already filed a chargesheet against her. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A prosecution complaint has been filed against Satyender Jain by the \u00a0Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not only him but his wife, and eight other people, including four companies, in connection with a money laundering investigation .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Interim bail was granted to Ajeet Kumar Jain and Sunil Kumar Jain, who were named as accused \u00a0in the chargesheet, for a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh each.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
