{"id":31121,"date":"2017-07-24T17:21:56","date_gmt":"2017-07-24T11:51:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/?p=31121"},"modified":"2017-10-16T14:12:13","modified_gmt":"2017-10-16T08:42:13","slug":"delhi-high-court-asks-status-structures-amir-khusro-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/top-news-of-the-day\/news\/delhi-high-court-asks-status-structures-amir-khusro-park\/","title":{"rendered":"Delhi High Court asks for status of other structures at Amir Khusro Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/delhi-high-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delhi High Court <\/a>bench of Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice C Harishankar\u00a0on Monday\u00a0(July 24) directed the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/dda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Delhi Development Authority (DDA)<\/a> to submit a status report on the terms of building period and renovation done on Dargah Musafir Shah, Dargah Firdosi and Masjid Iilahi Khan in Amir Khusro Park at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/nizamuddin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nizamuddin<\/a> area.<\/p>\n<p>The bench has been hearing a petition filed for the removal of unauthorized construction and encroachments in and around <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/topic\/amir-khusro-park\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Amir Khushro Park<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the court had ordered the removal of new structures and video recording the demolition drive.
