The appointment of Justice Siibhanahab Central government on Wednesday notified the appointment of Justice Shoba Annamma Eapen as a permanent judge of the Kerala High Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The President of India on January 30th issued a \u00a0notification to this effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notification said that with\u00a0the power conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Smt. Justice Shoba Annamma Eapen, Additional Judge of the Kerala High Court, to be a Judge of that High Court with effect from the date she assumes charge of her office.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court Collegium\u00a0had recommended the elevation\u00a0of Justice Eapen as a permanent judge on January 18 this year.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justice Eapen has been\u00a0serving as an additional judge\u00a0of the High Court since May 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
