However, his fish is a crossbreed fish which is not banned in India.<\/p>\n<p>Upon the submissions of the petitioner, the bench sought response from the Fisheries Department.<\/p>\n<p>Fisheries Department told the bench that it needed additional time to file affidavit to remove the confusion.
