{"id":98994,"date":"2020-05-11T18:50:40","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T13:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/?p=98994"},"modified":"2020-05-11T18:50:42","modified_gmt":"2020-05-11T13:20:42","slug":"mha-issues-standard-operating-procedure-to-facilitate-movement-of-persons-by-train","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.indialegallive.com\/top-news-of-the-day\/news\/mha-issues-standard-operating-procedure-to-facilitate-movement-of-persons-by-train\/","title":{"rendered":"MHA Issues Standard Operating Procedure To Facilitate Movement Of Persons By Train"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday issued Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) to facilitate movement of persons by train.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following procedure was laid down in the SOP:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Movement of trains shall be permitted by the Rail Ministry in a graded manner in consultation with Health and home Ministry.<\/li><li>Train Schedules, protocols for booking, entry and movement of passengers and coach services shall be widely published in Ministry of Railways.<\/li><li>Only those passengers with confirmed e-tickets shall be allowed to enter station.<\/li><li>There would be compulsory medical screening of all passengers. Only asymptomatic persons would be allowed to board the train.<\/li><li>During the travel and at the railway stations, Strict adherence to Health\/hygiene protocols and social distancing.<\/li><li>All passengers would be provided with hand sanitizer at entry and exit points at station and in coaches. Further, it would be ensured that all passengers wear face covers\/ masks at entry and during travel.<\/li><li>On arrival at their destination, the travelling passengers would have to adhere to such health protocols as are prescribed by the destination State\/ UT.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Central Government has decided to run special trains on 15 routes from 12<sup>th<\/sup> of May apart from the \u201c<em>Shramik Special<\/em>\u201d trains which are exclusively meant for migrant labourers to return to native place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><strong>-India Legal Bureau<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday issued Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) to facilitate movement of persons by train.
