The Delhi High Court on Tuesday (Sep 11) directed a petitioner to file a separate petition seeking a stay on the reduction in ‘per day wages’ of the Conductors working in Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and also on the ‘per/kilometer payment system’ to drivers.
The single judge bench comprising Justice C Hari Shankar directed the petitioner to file the separate petition under Article 226.
The petitioner had approached the court to tag the petition with the plea seeking regularisation of Drivers and Conductors in DTC.
