The Delhi High Court on Wednesday (January 24) issued notice to Election Commission of India (ECI) on the plea filed by TTV Dhinakaran seeking direction to ECI to permit his faction to continue using AIADMK-Amma name in the upcoming civic poll till two leaves symbol appeal is pending.

The single member bench of Justice Rekha Palli told ECI to reply within one week from today and posted the matter to February 6, 2018.
