The Delhi High Court has stayed the March 19, 2020, order of the Delhi government which asked schools to refund fees charged in excess, as assessed by the Fee Hike Committee in terms of the recommendations dated December 3, 2019, being a part of the report dated February 19, 2020, till further orders.
