The Madhya Pradesh High Court disposed of a 16 years old pending Public Interest Litigation (PIL)  claiming that all the unclaimed dead bodies may be given to them for the purposes of study or to be handed over to the concerned medical colleges.

Madhya Pradesh High Court while considering the submission did not find any merit in the PIL dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) alleging that non-sports activities from many years are being conducted in the Pandit Baburam Chaturvedi Stadium.
