The PIL in Punjab and Haryana High Court filed by one Kartar Singh further contended that the respondent authorities on the contrary have issued a notification dated 29.09.2020, which according to the petitioner is in violation of RTE Act provisions.

The PIL in Punjab and Haryana High Court has been filed by one Kuldip Rai Dogra. H.C. Arora, the counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has served the respondent authorities with a legal notice/demand notice dated 30.10.2021 which has not been responded to, till date.

The Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association (HCBA) on Monday resolved to boycott the Court of Chief Justice Ravi Shanker Jha demanding his transfer to another High Court.
