CM Advocates Welfare Scheme

The court had earlier reserved its judgment on a batch of petitions, including a plea moved by the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD), seeking a grant of the medical and term insurance for the lawyers registered with it.

The Delhi Government has informed the Delhi High Court that they have decided to re-open the link to enable lawyers to complete their data for the purpose of clearing discrepancies in the data in relation to the insurance policies for Advocates.
