The Delhi High Court has dismissed a plea challenging the full seating capacity in metro and Delhi Transport Corporation buses.

Supreme Court bench of Justice UU Lalit and Justice Ajay Rastogi while directing production of Kulkarni before the Trial Court within 3 days and has also directed the Trial Court to grant bail subject to conditions imposed by the Court.
