Tushar Sannu counsel for the IHBAS told the Court that there was no need to increase the bed capacity as at present only eight patients were admitted in COVID facility.

The Supreme Court administration on Thursday conveyed its ‘in-principle’ concurrence to the initiative of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) for setting up a temporary in-patient facility for Covid patients in the Supreme Court Complex.
