Justice Rao: “These are matters you should stop at some place. We are not inclined to interfere. Judgement of HC shall not preclude petitioner to avail other remedies open under law.”

It was further, requested to the Advocate General of Punjab ,Atul Nanda, to immediately release one crore from Trustee Committee (Punjab) as Covid Fund as given by Haryana.

The High Court of Telangana, through a press note, has informed that pursuant to a meeting held on July 26 by the judges of the Full Court, it has directed the Registry to create a COVID 19 Fund for meeting the medical expenses of all the employees working in the High Court and District Courts.

The Telangana High Court has directed the State Government to create a separate COVID-19 Fund for the disabled people in the State.
